Gentle Grounding Yoga

In this Gentle Grounding Yoga practice we emphasize quality movement with intention, focus on the breath, and grounding into our bodies. With emphasis on the physical sensations in our bodies, the feeling of the breath in the body and present moment awareness we use this practice to feel safe, secure, and grounded. 

 

Modifications to poses are always offered to make the practice truly your own. This practice is suitable for all fitness levels and all levels of yoga experience. Teacher: Ali Webb
