Gentle Flow Yoga

In this Gentle Flow Yoga practice we emphasize quality movement with intention, focus on the breath, and listening to our bodies. Linking movement with breath and moving our bodies gently and purposefully to reduce stress, maintain and improve mobility, and to benefit our bodies and our minds.

 

Modifications to poses are always offered to make the practice truly your own. This practice is suitable for all fitness levels and all levels of yoga experience. Teacher: Ali Webb
