Santosha Yoga - Virtual Yoga Studio
Santosha Yoga is my virtual Yoga Studio. I offer several weekly classes live on Zoom, and a monthly membership gives access to on-demand recordings of each week's classes, guided meditations, yoga nidra practices, and other yoga and wellness coaching resources.
I offer a monthly membership subscription that gives you access to all of the resources and it's available with a 14-Day Free trial membership so you can try it out to see if you love it.
Each of my classes are available to all fitness levels and levels of yoga experience. Modifications are offered and encouraged to make the practice truly your own.
In this yoga practice we link movement with breath and move our bodies gently and purposefully to reduce stress, maintain and improve mobility and to benefit our bodies and our minds.
Relax and Renew Yoga
In this yoga practice we emphasize movement with intention, focus on breath, and listen to our bodies. This is a slow, restorative practice with long-held floor based poses and ends with a guided meditation.
