This video is an example of how I would coach a client to find more peace in a difficult relationship with her mother using some concepts and practices to see how she is thinking about the circumstance and how changing her thoughts can change the way she feels about the same circumstance. This practice involves understanding some key concepts and using 5 steps or questions to reframe the thinking and feelings about the relationship.
